Natasha Rohrig
Natasha has been recognised as a Rising Star in the 2023 Doyle’s Rankings.
Natasha has experience in all aspects of Family Law, including:
Property and financial matters: specifically cases involving tax complexities. Natasha was published in the Thomson Reuters Weekly Tax Bulletin in September 2020 with respect to her article detailing the implications of unrealised capital gains tax on property settlement matters. This provides Natasha with a clear and technical ability to advise upon matters dealing with complex trust structures. Natasha’s proficiency allows her to immediately address applications for urgent spousal maintenance and child support, financial agreements and applications for enforcement of orders.
Parenting matters: specifically cases involving parental alienation, allegations of family violence, interstate relocation and recovery applications.
Natasha understands that each matter is different and requires a tailored approach. She provides strategic, resolution focused advice to her clients, but is nonetheless an experienced litigator when Court intervention is required.
