  •  Drafting scope of subpoena and inspecting material produced which uncovered an undisclosed commercial entity the other party attempted to hide from her client and had the impact of increasing the asset pool available for division to her client’s benefit.

  •  Negotiating terms of hotly contested contribution dispute in a farming case where the net assets exceeded $20 million and which saw her client receiving a significant financial adjustment resulting in him retaining the greater share of various parcels of farming land.

  •  Successfully opposing an application for the children of the relationship to change schools which would have the impact of substantially reducing the children’s time with her client.

  •  Obtaining leave from the Court to commence property settlement proceedings out of time, which was opposed by the other side.

  •  Successfully obtaining enforcement Orders for her client to ensure compliance with Final Property Orders as well as obtaining cost orders exceeding $100,000 against the other side to apply towards her client’s costs.
