Successfully obtained interim relocation Orders permitting a parent to relocate with the children of the relationship prior to a Trial.
Secured a favourable financial settlement which included orders that funds advanced by the client’s parents during the marriage be repaid pursuant to an unsecured loan.
Obtained urgent freezing Orders to prevent the dissipation of assets and preserve the status quo of complex financial proceedings in the absence of the other party.
