Chloe assists clients in navigating a broad range of Family Law matters, including complex financial disputes, parenting matters; and in particular, disputes involving family businesses, trusts and other wealth structures.
Chloe has experience acting in high-conflict parenting matters and is committed to providing pragmatic, considered and commercially focused advice. She works closely with her clients to understand their individual circumstances and objectives and provides strong advocacy.
Chloe regularly volunteers at Fitzroy Legal Service Family Law Clinic.
Prior to practicing exclusively in Family Law, Chloe worked in trusts and estate planning. This experience provides her with a valuable understanding of private trust structures, intergenerational wealth and complex financial arrangements, which she draws on when advising clients in Family Law disputes.
