Jasmine advises on all aspects of Family Law, including complex and high-net worth financial settlements and litigation; high-conflict parenting disputes including those involving family-violence considerations; and divorce proceedings. She also has a particular interest in and advises on domestic and international surrogacy matters.
Jasmine combines technical acuity and strategic thinking with an appreciation for the human elements of Family Law. She provides her clients with clear and commercially pragmatic advice. In the event resolution is not possible, Jasmine is confident to pursue her clients' objectives through litigation.
Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, and is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Law Institute of Victoria; Victoria Women Lawyers; and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
